Solomon eto, Tamagu David, emu hesiai tauna, na o bogaia hisi bada, badina be ia ese heabidadama ai bona kara maoromaoro ai bona mai ena lalo-maoromaoro emu ai oi vairamu ai e rakava; bena ina hebogahisi bada-hereana ma o henia, natuna ta vada o henia, bena iena terono ai e helaimu hari ina dina ai.
Solomon said, “You have shown to your servant David my father great loving kindness, because he walked before you in truth, in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with you. You have kept for him this great loving kindness, that you have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is today.
