Hari Amasa na sibona rarana lalonai e hekure, laolao dalana ai; raka-hanai taudia na e itaia, bena e gini. Bena una tau ese e itadia, idia na vada e gini, bena ia ese Amasa e abia, laolao dalana amo e huaia lao, rei lalonai e atoa, bena dabua amo e tarua ahu.
Amasa lay wallowing in his blood in the middle of the highway. When the man saw that all the people stood still, he carried Amasa out of the highway into the field, and cast a garment over him when he saw that everyone who came by him stood still.
